This is to inform you that I will not be able to attend. the Planning Commissions hearing, which was
scheduled -for i0-14-99 at 4.00pm regarding my application.
I fell into unexpected illness yesterday evening 10-13-99 and lost my voice, of which that nobody will
understand what I will say and'I wish to defer my hearing to next hearing.
I am sorry for the inconveniences my absence will cause the commission.
