Dear Mr. Malone:
Your letter of March 3, 2006 indicated that our property on Baseline Road, west of Reck
Road, would see a change in land use category.
It is unclear what the change will be as it appears that approximately half the property
will have a "C" (commercial) zoning and the other half has no designation on the south
side of Baseline road per your map.
In any event it is our strong preference that the four -acre parcel have only one land use
category. We also prefer commercial zoning for the complete parcel.
I would appreciate a notification of the outcome regarding our property.
