My client, Huffstutlar Trust, would like to amend his
application for zoning to a PCD for Tract "A" only,
recognizing the historical commercial use of that property.
The PCD is for C-4 uses, with continued use of
paved/gravel parking and existing buildings.
We would also ask for the withdrawal of the Land Use
Plan Amendment, LU01-14-01 at #1 Voorhees Drive.
