The purpose of this letter is to inform you of our current plans and intent for the property
we recently purchased on Scott Hamilton Drive (see attached survey and legal description
of tract 2).
Our intent is to construct a 2,400 square foot store front building as required with an
adjoining 2,400 square foot shop for a combined total of up to 6,000 square feet.
This building will be leased to MPG Service Company (Mobile, Pump and Generator
Service) and it will be operated as an Industrial Air Cooled Engine parts store with
service facilities for air cooled engines, generators and pumps. The noise level will be at
a minimum (no chain saws) for this type of business.
We are requesting zoning as required to perform the above functions. Thank you in
advance for your assistance with this matter.
