Our intent is to construct a 2,400 square foot store front building as required with an adjoining 2,400 square foot shop for a combined total of up to 6,000 square feet. This building will be leased to MPG Service Company (Mobile, Pump and Generator Service) and it will be operated as an Industrial Air Cooled Engine parts store with service facilities for air cooled engines, generators and pumps. The noise level will be at a minimum (no chain saws) for this type of business. We are requesting zoning as required to perform the above functions.
