AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN
(16,222) IN THE GEYER SPRINGS EAST
DISTRICT FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Low Density Residential in the 8300
block of Scott Hamilton Road be changed to Light Industrial on
the Land Use Plan.
SECTION 2. That the Land Use Plan he changed from Low
Density Residential to Light Industrial as on the attached
sketch and he changed in the Land Use Narrative.
