3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) IN THE GEYER
4 SPRINGS WEST PLANNING DISTRICT (LU11-15-01) FROM COMMERCIAL
5 TO INDUSTRIAL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to amend the
8 plan;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
10 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
11 Section 1. That Commercial at 9321 Interstate 30 is amended to Industrial.
12 Section 2. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage
13 and approval.
