REQUEST: Lamb's Revised Short -form POD (Z -5688-A), a request to amend a previously
approved Planned Office Development to add the allowance of selected C-1, Neighborhood Commercial
and 0-3, General Office District uses as allowable uses for this existing building. A Land Use Plan

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an application for Planned Zoning Development of the above
property has been filed with the Department of Planning and Development. A public hearing will be
held by the L. R. Planning Commission in the Board of Directors Chamber, second floor, City Hall, on
November 8 2007 at 4:00 P.M. This notice is provided in order to assure that area residents are aware
of issues that may affect their neighborhood. Information requests should be directed to the Planning
