The Board of Directors of Southwest Little Rock United for Progress recommends passage
to Amend the Land Use Flan from Multi Family to Single Family for the property off Chicot
and Preston Road known in the community as Sin City.
We understand from that this is a joint venture between First Step Realty; Inc and New Life
Christian Church. Only single-family housing with two car garages/carports are in the
proposed covenant. Also the streets will be renamed to further rehabilitate the area. One
of the principles, pat Joyner is working with c ode to further enhance the entrance area.
Would you please be so kind as to give a copy of this approval to the entire Planning
Commission.
