Dear Ms. Crystal,
A Land Use Plan Amendment, LU04-15-01, concerning property in your area
was heard at the recent Planning Commission meeting January 29, 2004. The
Planning Commission that evening denied this action. The Planning Commission
also denied the rezoning request # Z-7561 (1-1 Light Industrial to Planned
Development — Industrial) that evening.
The applicant has until March 1, 2004 to appeal that decision to the City of Little
Rock Board of Directors. A copy of the minute record is available at
www.accesslittlerock.org. For further information about the Land Use Plan
