I am in receipt of your letter regarding the Land Use Plan and Zoning for the
above referenced project. After consideration of all the factors involved Crawler
Parts of Arkansas, owner of parcel #451-045-00045-00 Little Rock wishes to take
the following positions on the proposed Zoning and Land Use changes:
1. Re -Zoning of R. C. Coburn's property: FOR
2. Change of Land Use Plan Category: AGAINST
