This property abuts the City of Shannon Hills and we would like to voice our opinion regarding this matter. We feel that growth is necessary and will occur in this area, however, we are opposed to the1 zoning classification and the unknown problems that might arise. Our property in that area is zoned R-1, single family stick built houses. We would appreciate it you could take this into consideration. The reasons stated were continuity of the residential district as the abutting properties in Shannon Hills are zoned for single family residential dwellings; and the in- crease in congestion in such close proximity to the school.
