Dear Mr. Morris & Donna Moore,
On June 15, 1999 Ordinance 18,031-x passed changing the land use plan at 9620
Baseline Road from Single Family to Suburban Office for the first 125 feet and the
remainder changed to Service Trades District. Enclosed is a copy of the ordinance,
which is on file with the City of Little Rock City Clerk. In addition, I have enclosed a copy
of the sketch map for the property indicating the change. If you have questions call me

PLANNING DISTRICT FROM SINGLE FAMILY TO
SUBURBAN OFFICE AND SERVICE TRADES
DISTRICT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Single Family at 9620 Baseline Road be
amended to Suburban Office for the first 125 feet and the
remainder to Service Trades District on the Land Use Plan.
