Dear Morris & Donna Moore,
The case concerning the land use change for your property at 9620 Baseline
Road will be heard before the City Board of Directors on June 15, 1999.
Enclosed is a list of names and phone numbers for neighborhood associations
you will need to contact before the June 15, Board meeting.
The Board of Directors meets on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West
Markham Street, and start at 6:00. This is a public meeting, and you are
encouraged to attend. Other Interested parties are allowed to speak in favor or
opposition to the plan change. Please be prepared to answer questions if they
arise.
