AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is
hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4336 -U — Described as Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 12, Centennial Addition
to the City of Little Rock: From "R -4" Two - Family District and "0-3"
General Office District to "0-2" Office and Institutional District
(Southeast corner of West 13th and Bishop Streets).
AND
The South'' /2 of Block 11, Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock:
From "0-3" General Office District, "C -1" Neighborhood Commercial
District and "C -3" General Commercial District to "0-2" Office and
Institutional District (Northwest corner of Daisy Bates Drive and Bishop
Street).

The East 91.8 feet of Lot 7, the East 91.8 feet of the South'' /2 of Lot 8, the
North '/2 of Lot 8, and all of Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 9, Centennial
Addition to the City of Little Rock: From "R -3" Single Family District
and "R -5" Urban Residence District to "0-2" Office and Institutional
District (Northwest corner of Daisy Bates Drive and Wolfe Street).
AND
Lots 1, 9, 10, 11, 12, the East 30 feet of Lot 2, the East 10 feet of Lot 3,
and the North 6.7 feet of Lot 8, Block 19, Marshall and Wolfe's Addition
to the City of Little Rock: From "R -4" Two - Family District and "C -3"
General Commercial District to "0-2" Office and Institutional District
(Southwest corner of West 1 Ith and Battery Streets).

The East' /2 of Block 8, Marshall and Wolfe's Addition to the City of Little
Rock: From "R -3" Single Family District to "0-2" Office and
Institutional District (Northwest corner of West 10th and Summit Streets).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days
after the date of its passage and approval.
SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid
or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same,
that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistency.
