HomeMy WebLinkAboutletter to robroy ownersJune 17, 2013 «owner» «address» ((City)) ((Zip)) Dear « addresse»: You should have received letters in October 2012 and March 2013 about a change in the Land Use Plan in the area of your property located at «location». The Department of Planning and Development has been reviewing the City's Future Land Use Plan in the area south of Interstate 30 and west of Interstate 530, as part of the City's efforts to maintain the future Land Use Plan for consistency with likely future development patterns. After meetings held the week of June 3 2013, a change has been proposed in your area. Currently the future Land Use Plan shows your property described above as Residential High Density. We had notified you previously about changing the Plan to Residential Medium Density, however the requests have been made to show it as Residential Low Density. Enclosed is a map showing the area of change and a list of the Land Use categories with definitions for your information. Please note that such a change in the future Land Use Plan does not change the zoning (R-2, Single Family District) taxes or currently allowable uses for your property. Please send us any comments you have about a change of the area from Residential High Density to Residential Low Density. Send any comments or questions to Walter Malone at the above address or wmalone cr,littlerock.org by Monday July 8, 2013. Once we have reviewed your comments Staff will send a recommendation to the Board of Directors for action. Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter. Sincerely, Walter Malone, AICP Planning Manager so a.nor. 0-M A t i . ` N .1.. r rr't , et qd4 rA Nor All is W4 L 0 =A *e L ■ 2.
