As you know, we have scheduled the Wards 2 and 7 proposed land use plan amendments meeting for
Thursday, June 6. We sent down a Board follow-up with the meeting information and we would now like
to get the meeting notices in the mail by the end of this week. Can we move forward with the mailing?

We have a room in the Southwest Community Center for Thursday June 6 at 6 PM for the meeting requested by Director
Wyrick on the Land Use Plan changes. We are drafting a letter to notify the property owners of the affected areas (140
plus letters). Who else would you like us to notify for the meeting and any further instructions for this meeting?
