I received a copy of signed ordinance 19,604. It is the wrong version. The corrected version should refer only to the
southeast corner of Alexander Rd and Vimy ridge in Section 1. 1 believe we sent the corrected version because it was in
the Board's packet. Please send a corrected ordinance.

ORDINANCE NO. 19,604
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN
(16,222) IN THE OTTER CREEK PLANNING DISTRICT
FROM MIXED OFFICE COMMERCIAL TO
COMMERCIAL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, as the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to
amend the plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the Mixed Office Commercial atso�totornmercial. st and southeast
corners of Alexander Road and Vimy Ridge Road be amend
SECTION 2. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its passage and approval.
