Currently the Land Use Plan shows SF next to LI, so to exclude APL property would not be creating a new condition, just changing the location. So I would recommend at the meeting modifying the application and recommending approval on the new change. As a side issue, all of APL land west of Otter Creek is shown on the Plan as PI now. This corner east of Otter Creek is their only land shown as LI. I would suggest when we do a 'clean-up' of the general area we include this property from a LI to PI change at that time.
