RE: Rezoning of 9219 Stagecoach Road
Thank you for notifying the Alexander Road Neighborhood Association of your plans to move
into our area. As you know this area of Little Rock has the ability for ability to support your
restaurant plus have draw from the surrounding counties.
At our January 21, 2003 meeting, the members present voted to not oppose your project
providing everything can be worked out for the parking. I noticed on the Little Rock Planning
Agenda for this week you had asked for deferment until March 20, 2003.
Everyone attending the meeting had been to Grandpa's Catfish House in North Little Rock and
was familiar with your restaurant. We are looking forward to having your business in our area.
Thank you for including us in your request for zoning changes.
