Dear Mr. Hustead:
This letter is to follow up on our conversation of Friday regarding the notice to amend the land use
plan of our property from Mobile Home to Service Trade District. The owners were not aware that
their property was the subject of a change to the Land Use Plan.
We respectively request that the Land Use of our property as described on the enclosure not be
changed.
Part of our land lies in the city of Alexander and part lies in the city of Little Rock. The neighboring
property has manufactured housing zoning and we believe at this time the best use of the land is
for manufactured housing.
Please review and advise me.
