He: County Line Road east of Vimy Ridge Road — Lend Use Flan Amendment
Planning & Development Staff presented this Land Use change at the Southwest
Little Rock United for Progress monthly meeting at our January meeting, All
present were in agreement with the change,
As President of Southwest Little Rock United for Progress, I support the Land Use
Amendment for County Line Road east of Vimy Ridge Road,
This is the property about which, we have been before this Commission three
previous times. It is one of the problem properties of the area, A resident of the
adjoining subdivision participated in the action committee meetings.
As a action committee we acknowledge this property will probably not develop as
single family, but we also feel that multi -family is VERY unsuitable, In order to
offer a compromise to the property owner and recognize acceptable an use of the
property we requested Suburban Office. At our last appearance before the Board of
Directors on this property, they expressed a wiliness to rezone this property to
another use other than multi -family,
I urge the approval of this Land Use Amendment over staff objection, This request
for change is from the revision of the 1-30 SouthlChicot West Neighborhood Action
Plan. The revision is being sought from residents who live in the area, know the
conditions, and know what they want the area to become.

Re: Areas in the I-30 South and West of Chicot — Land Use Plan Amendment
Planning & Development Staff presented this band Use change at the Southwest
Little Rock United for Progress monthly meeting at our January meeting. All
present were in agreement with the change,
As President of Southwest Little Rock United for Progress, I support the Land Use
Amendments in the areas outlined by south of Interstate 30 and west of Chicot.
I urge the approval of this Land Use Amendment. This request for change is from
the revision of the I.30 South/Chicot West Neighborhood Action flan. The revision
is being sought from residents who live in the area, know the conditions, and know
what they want the area to become.
