While the present business has existed well with the residential neighborhood as it has grown over the years, the permanent land use of Mixed Commercial and Industrial is inappropriate in this primarily residential area. This business has been a quiet business over the years, and we support their proposed expansion. We join the Alexander Road Neighborhood Association in, wanting a clear description on the landscaping proposed as part of the expansion.
