Thanks for your letter. They have asked for a deferral to the August 3, 2000 planning
commission hearing. They plan to file their zoning item on or before June 26, 2000. Please get it
touch with us about a week after to see the zoning file.
We will be sending out the supplemental notice (postcards) for this zoning item on or July 10'h (if
they file on or before June 26.) 1 have corrected your zip code and city in the GIS system, so that
your mailings should be faster.
