This action was denied by the Planning Commission that evening. If you choose to appeal the decisions of the Planning Commission on March 8 to the City of Little Rock Board of Directors, you may do so by writing a letter of appeal to Nancy Wood, City Clerk, City Hall, 500 Markham, Little Rock, AR 72201. Her phone number is 371-6803. It must be received within 30 days of the March 8 meeting. Please reference the file numbers in your letter that you are appealing. As evident from the meeting of March 8, 2001, there is a misunderstanding on the current status of the zoning of your property. It is zoned R-2 Single Family, not MF -6 Multi Family. For you to regain the MF -6 zoning of the subject property, please fill out the enclosed forms per the instruction sheet. The filing fee shall be waived. The Planning Staff will complete all notices. This will go to the Planning Commission and then to the Board of Directors. The next deadline to file this application is March 26, 2001 at 5:00 pm.
