Dear Mt. Goode,
On May 16, 2000, the Planning Commission heard Land Use Amendment,
L000-16-05, for Various Locations located in the study area for the Otter Creek
Crystal Valley Neighborhood Action Plan. Most of the changes were approved
by the Board of Directors that evening except for two properties located at 11500
and 11701 Stagecoach Road.
This letter is to inform you that Ordinance 18,277 passed the City of Little Rock
Board of Directors on May 16, 2000.
Enclosed is a copy of the ordinance and maps showing the properties affected.
