Great news!!! I'm very happy and I'm sure the neighborhood will be also!! My only question is this: Is the
property considered SF or M176? You mentioned that he could ask for the M176 zoning back. Does that mean he
has decided to accept the SF re -zoning we did in 1997? :) I hope so!!
