I am opposed to changing the Land Use Plan as it pertains to Tract D of Irish Spring
Estates. Tract D is referred to as 12800 and 12824 County Line Road in the application
for change of Land Use Plan. As I understand it, the property owner has planned a mini -
storage facility and a daycare center.
Tract D was originally zoned MF6 in the Final Plat which was filed in 1985 and rezoned
in 1997 to R2. It was never intended to be used as commercial property and allowing that
to be changed would have a negative impact on property values in our small
neighborhood.
