Re: Land'Use Amendment - 9010 Stagecoach Road -- SF to STD
By vote of the Board of Southwest Little Rock United for Progress, we join
Otter Creek/Crystal Valley Neighborhood Action Plan in opposing
the Land Use Amendment change.
We agree with staff that:
• Services Trades District is too intense a use to be surrounded on three
sides by Single Family
• The proposed site does not have proper access to roadways, and penetrates
too deeply into the residential areas.
