AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN
(16,222) IN THE OTTER CREEK PLANNING
DISTRICT FROM COMMUNITY SHOPPING TO
COMMERCIAL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Community Shopping at the northwest
corner of I-30 and I-430 be amended to Commercial on the
Land Use Plan.
SECTION 2. That the Land Use Plan be changed from -
Community Shopping to Commercial on the attached sketch and
be changed in the Land Use Narrative.
