Dear Brian,
David Sargent, AIA Enclosed are copies of the revised drawings that we presented during
John Greer, Jr AIA the hearing on December 8th. They reflect modifications that we have
made after receiving the staff comments. These changes in the order
listed in the staff report are as follows:
We will make certain that the general contractor purchases a
building permit.
2. We will submit the final window design to the staff. We
understand that if the final design deviates from what has
already been presented, we may be required to reappear
before the Commission for another review.
The elevation drawings reflect the removal of the pre -cast
concrete panels above the library windows and the substitution
of brick in a "basket -weave" design. These changes have been
noted and "clouds" drawn around them for emphasis.
4. We will keep all granite curbs within the project area.
Thank you for your assistance with our submittal and answering our
questions. You and your office have been very professional and our
work with you has been very pleasant.
