The house has no driveway access and is completely enclosed except for a 9 foot opening
in the very front middle of the property. Iron fence encloses the front of the property. Owners
propose two options for creating a driveway and parking area for two vehicles to allow off-street
parking. Driveway will be concrete with stamped brick engraving. There twill be no need for a
curb cut. The driveway will enter from the street but will allow the existing curb to remain. All
trees and other landscaping will remain_
