BY. Good morning Walter, we received your letter concerning the proposed land use change that will include a lot we own on Lawson Road. I feel that the proposed change will be good for the area and that a Service Trades District will be fitting for this location. Thanks for all of your hard work and feel free to call us anytime. I just wanted to drop you a line and express my support for this proposal. I think it would be a wise move on the city's part, considering the layout of the area and the current composition of houses and businesses. Please let me know if 28 Kanis Creek Place turns into a residential low density area ... I certainly hope it does. They've asked I respond to your September 13, 2013 correspondence on this topic. My clients' residential use will, of course, continue, being "grandfathered in." But a rezoning to "C" would probably increase the long term value of their land as the area obviously becoming much more commercialized. Accordingly my client does support this rezoning change from "MOC" to "C." (Ve truly yours, J e .
