Subject: Citizen Opposition to Proposed Future Land Use Plan Rezoning of Area LU13-02-10C from Residential Low
Density (RL) to Residential Medium Density (RM)
On November 9, 2013, Kanis Creek POA property owners received a letter from the Little Rock Department of
Planning and Development, dated 11/8/13, that outlines proposed zoning changes to land area LU13-02-10. The
proposed zoning change affects 3 areas within LU13-02-10. The following homeowners of the Kanis Creek POA
support the proposed zoning changes to LU13-02-10A and LU13-02-1013, but are opposed to the proposed zoning
change of LU13-02-10C from Residential Low Density (RL) to Residential Medium Density (RM):
