It would only recognize the subdivision that is already there. The `PI' designation predates the subdivision. The change
would indicate that there would not be another public use there (school, church, etc.), but rather would stay a single family
subdivision.

Good Morning Mr. Malone,
We have just a few questions in reference to the City's Plan to change Kanis Creek subdivision
from a Public/Institutional -PL to a Residential Low Density -RL.
How does it benefit our community to make the change?
Does this allow for additional residential subdivisions to be developed either adjacent to or
across from Kanis Creek Subdivision?
