I'll be sure to let everyone in the neighborhood know. I'm sure everyone will be excited. I'd like to thank you personally for meeting with us at the library and for your help and guidance along the way and for whatever role you played in representing our position to the Commission. Thank you. I'll coordinate with the neighbors to let all those who were planning on attending the meeting that they don't need to. I'll plan on attending the meeting on Thursday anyway as a representative of our neighborhood to offer a thanks to the Commission. Staff will be recommending withdrawal of the item at the Planning Commission's Thursday January 30, 2014 hearing. The item will be put on consent agenda for withdrawal at that meeting and we expect that there will be no further action at this time. (i.e. The area will remain Residential Low Density on the Plan) If the property owners decide at some point in the future to do anything other than build a single family home on the land, you should see a sign on the site noting that a change has been requested. Further, any property owners within 200 feet would be notified and the Planning Commission would hold a hearing at that time to discuss and vote on any future proposals.
