By changing the Plan Use Plan to Low Density Residential, it should discourage anyone from asking to re -zone any of the lots in your subdivision from single-family to a zoning to allow for high density residential, whether that were duplex or more units. So, if you believe the subdivision should remain single-family, than a change in the land use plan would be desirable. I hope this helps answer your question. Therefore, I wanted to take just a second to write you and see if you can explain to me further what exactly the shift for Future Land Use Plan entails. I understand that the city is wanting to change my area from High Density to Low Density. I can also see from the definitions how high density and low density are defined. Basically, I need to know how this affects my future residency at 309 Shadow Ridge Drive i.e. Will I have to be moving any time in the near future? Thank you for your time, Alex McDonald
