Ms. James and Mr. Bozynski:
Our Bob McFarland, who has been representing us on the above tract
informed me last week that a 80' buffer zone would be required in addition to
the 20' rear drive separated by an additional 8' solid block wall the length of the
north and west side.
Pat McGetrick got this information from Ms. James and Mr. McFarland got the same
information from Mr. Bozynski the same day. This means that an additional 40'from a C-3 buffer
as required by a straight rezoing which is 1.2 + acres in this case.
When we submitted the first time we had 50' shown as a buffer with a combination block and
special wood fence with battens up 8'. As noted above your department now requires 80' and a
solid masonry fence.
In view of all the stipulations we cannot give up 2.4 acres for a buffer zone therefore; we are
withdrawing our application.
