As President of Southwest Little Bock United for Progress, I oppose the Land Use
Plan Amendment change from Single Family to Service Trades District at 13714
Crystal Valley Road.
Southwest Little Rock United for Progress supports Otter CresklCrystal Valley
Neighborhood Action Plan in its opposition on any type of commercial in this area of
single family. The Plan is slightly over a year old; a group of very involved citizens
reviewed this and all areas covered by the action plan; the plan does not support
commercial in this area
This statement of support is my opinion. The membership of Southwest Little Rock
United for Progress did not have the opportunity to vote on the matter.
