Dear Mike,
Thanks again for all your help in getting us situated in
temporary quarters since our fire at 1101 Cumberland.
Our intentions, at this time, are to rebuild the building at
lith and Cumberland pretty much as it was with a few minor
modifications, with your approval. What I need to know at this
time, is exactly the direction we need to go in obtaining all the
necessary approvals from your office and any other organization
in the city. This will make it possible for us to coordinate with
the Quapaw Quarter Association and the Historic District
Commission, to be certain that every one is on the same wave
length.
Naturally we are eager to get started so we can be back in
business to service our customers just as quickly as possible.
Thanks in advance for your help on this project. We look
forward to working with you.
