Dear Brian,
We are herewith submitting the above referenced application on behalf of Mr. Bryels. The land is
designated R-2, but in 1992 was granted a PCD approval for use as a mini storage facility. He
now plans to expand the use to include U -Haul rentals, UPS & FED -EX drop off and pick up,
therefore he is required to submit this land use amendment application. We are also submitting a
revised PCD plan simultaneously with this application.
Mr. Bryels may be represented by me, McGetrick & McGetrick Engineering or Mark Riable, his
Attorney as the need may arise.
