PROPOSED LAND USE DESIGNA'T'IONS
16000 Hammond Road
From the west side being Hammond Rd. to the east side being
wooded mountainside there is 208.7'. From the North side
containing R.C.'s Custom Auto/Marine Upholstery, Inc. to the
south side which is `he 1 acre tract there is 90'. Petitioners
plan to develop the east rear section being 108.7' x 90' which
will contain a metal engineered building approximately 50' from
east to west and 60' from north to south with central heat and
air with a non-smoking dehumidified environment for both
materials and employees with an employee lounge. Approximately
40% of space designated for storage of materials and supplies
with two employees which will order and distribute supplies
for R.C.'s Custom Auto/Marine Upholstery, Inc. The building
will be surrounded by a 6' wooden privacy fence and will not
be accessible to the public. It will be accessed by a driveway
shared by the petitioners which will by located on the south
side of the property next to the 1 acre tract. The western
section will contain a new double wide home 28' x 60' skirted
with under pinning where the petitioners will reside, with a
metal carport and a yard surrounded by a 4' chain link fence..
The privacy fence around the metal building and the new double
wide mobile home will allow the building privacy in order to
conduct business without public .interaction and/or access.
PROPERTY BOUNDARIES
The gest side of the property is Hammond Fid.,
the north side is 1. 16 acres owned by the
petitioners which contains R,.. °s Custom
Auto/Marine Upholstery, Inc. The east side is a
wooded mountainside which is undeveloped.
The south side is I acre which the petitioners
are in the process of purchasing.
