If the City allows these lots to be re -zoned, the value of our property will decrease substantially, as well as an increase in traffic. Moreover, our right to the quiet enjoyment of our home and neighborhood will be taken from us, without receiving any corresponding benefit for our ticiahborhood. With the commercial growth of Stagecoach Road, future businesses could just as easily locate there. No valid purpose exists for re -zoning this properly. My wife and I as well as many other residents of the immediate vicinity are in strong opposition of the commercial re- zoning of the area just off of Stage Coach Road and adjacent to Crystal Valley Road. More specifically, the proposed lot in which a dentist office is to be built. To Whom it may concern, I write this letter in support of the Amendment of the Land Use Plan and Request for rezoning of this property. As the property owner you would expect me to be in favor of this, but I am more than that. My personal home is approximately 400 ft from this land and I have no intention of changing that. I have had this property for sale for a long time and because of its close proximity to the businesses on Hwy 5 these lots have not been suitable for residence. I feel that it is appropriate to change the Land Use Plan to allow this rezoning on these lots. I know that Dr. Lieblong is planning on putting his Dental Office at this location and I feel that this quiet business will be an asset to the area and will hopefully draw other similar businesses. Being a long term resident here and knowing the other businesses close around, I feel that this request for amendment of the Land Use Plan and Rezoning should be approved. Thank you.
