Lieblong, D.D.S. 8822 Chicot Road Little Rock, AR 72209 RE: Rezoning of Lots 4, 5, 6 & 7, Turley's replat of part of Crystal Valley Glens Dear Dr. Lieblong, This office is in receipt of your request to rezone the referenced property from "R-2" Single Family Residential to "O-1" Quiet Office District. That rezoning request does not conform to the adopted Land Use Plan for the properties. The Crystal Valley District Land Use Plan recommends Single Family for these properties. In conformance with established Planning Commission procedure, you must first file for an amendment to the Land Use Plan, prior to the Commission considering a rezoning request. Consequently, a plan amendment request will be placed on the Commission's April 2, 1998 agenda. Your rezoning request will be held and will not be heard at that time. Do not send notices for a rezoning hearing on April 2, 1998. I have attached an application for Land Use Plan Amendment. Please complete the form and return it, with the filing fee, as soon as possible. I must have the application within 1 week in order to keep your Plan Amendment request on the April 2, 1998 agenda.
