of Turley's Replat of Tracts 5 and 6, Crystal Valley Glens
Subdivision, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is in regards to the above mentioned land in support of the Amendment
of the Land Use Plan and the request for the rezoning of said property.
I have known Dr. Daniel Lieblong for approximately 8 years and during this time he
has been and is still my dentist. Dr. Lieblong has proven to be not only a professional
within his field, but a very caring individual. He has been blessed to run a very
professional business and conducts himself in that manner in every since of the word.
He cares a great deal about the welfare of his patients and his staff has been nothing less
that a very professional staff as well.
His business is one that is quiet and would not be a hindrance to the residential community
surrounding it. I have lived within 2 miles of his proposed site for over 4 years and truly
do not feel his building on this site would cause a threat nor an eyesore to the community.
If this letter in any way can aid in the approval of Dr. Lieblong's approval of the rezoning
and amendment of the land usage, I am in agreement with it.

Dear Mr. Minyard,
My wife, Liz, visited Dr. Lieblong today for a scheduled dental
appointment and was totally pleased with the warmth and personal
approach that the doctor presents. His tentative plans to build
an office in our neighborhood is also an asset that should be
shared within the community.
We arrived in Little Rock on 1 December 1997, and already we have
seen how the Southwest side of the city is expanding. We believe
that the addition of Dr. Lieblong to our community will enhance
the competitiveness and economic growth that is important to the
city. My wife and I encourage the Department of Planning &
Development's approval towards the appropriate zoning and
subsequent addition of Dr. Lieblong's office.
