Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter is to inform you of an item that is to be heard at the May 19, 1998 Little Rock City
Board of Directors meeting. Recently, on April 2, 1998, the Planning Commission heard a
request for a Land Use Amendment on Crystal Valley Road near Stagecoach Road. See the
accompanying map. This action was denied by the Planning Commission that evening. The
applicant has since appealed the decision to the Board of Directors. That item will be heard and
ruled upon the night of the 19th.
The Board of Directors meet on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, and
start at 6:00. This is a public meeting, and you are invited to attend. Interested parties are
allowed to speak in favor or opposition to the plan change.
