To Whom it May Concern,
I am requesting an appeal of the decision of the Little Rock
Planning Commission. The concern of the "Bill of Assurance"
caused the Commission to deny my request for the Amendment of
the land use plan. Since that time research into the existing
"Bill of Assurance" and it's Amendment has been done. I have
contacted and requested the opinion of a Little Rock Real Estate
Attorney, Charles Brown, as to the validity and legality of the Bill
of Assurance. I have included a copy of a letter that Mr. Brown
has prepared for the purpose of informing the land owners of the
problems with the current document and plan for creating a
"Legal and Valid" document for the land in question. This new
Legal and Valid document will allow for businesses such as mine to
be located on this property while protecting the current land
owners.
