Pete rausch asked me about the requirements for planning oak trees in the r.o.w. of 9th street at St Edwards Church at
Sherman. Our mac park minutes staff report do not say a thing about trees on ninth. out of our purview.
Does the c.u.p. say anything? it was about the same time? Are they bucking the UU streetscape ordinance? Pete does
not want to plant oaks within a 18' strip between the sidewalk and the street.
Where does it require the trees to be planted and can they be put somewhere else?
