I will direct the contractor to order the type “R” fixtures in Bronze. Thank you for your impute, Jay. I do not think that these three fixtures would be a good substitution for the original intent. Can we get the original "R" fixture in the bronze finish? I think that if we could, it would be as compatible as possible, seeing the need for security lighting in the area and the view form Sherman Street. I am thinking that the bronze would disappear into the color of the brick more and not 3 stand out as much. Let me know if the bronze is suitable. Brian -----Original Message----- From: Jay Brizzolara [mailto:jbrizz@werarch.com] Sent: Thursday, August 17, 2006 3:35 PM To: Minyard, Brian Subject: FW: St. Edwards Fixture Type R Substitutes Brian, Attached are some alternative light fixtures for the type “R” Fixture we looked at the other day for the St. Edward project. Please look them over & let me know if any of them may work as a substitution for the original type “R” fixture. The proposed attached Column “Rail” fixture has more of a church like feel to it. These are Manning fixtures like the Type “N” Fixtures & we can get them in the same Deep Bronze color. Please let me know what you think, thanks Jay. Ps: The windows have not been submitted yet but I will forward information on them as soon as I can.
