Thank you for sending the staff report and recommendation. Your format is a very good one and easy to follow. My
typing was terrible. Several things I wrote that you used have typos. This is embarrassing.
Concerning your staff recommendation #3, we are studying the pre-cast concrete panels and will bring a proposed
revision to the meeting. We will comply with items number 1, 2 and 4.
I believe that Kay Tatum will be out of town for the meeting. Will you have a quorum?
