Ms. James,
Please accept this letter to serve as our application for the above referenced submittal. We
wish for this application to be reviewed as soon as possible by the Planning Commission. We
are requesting the Rezone and Land Use Amendment be accepted for review and placed on
the June 30, 2011 Planning Commission Meeting Agenda.
The owner is requesting a Rezone and Land Use Amendment of 12624 Lawson Road, Little
Rock, AR, currently zoned 0-3 into C-3 to allow the construction of a retail store.
Enclosed please find a check for Application Fee, Sign Fee, Survey by James Butler,
PLS #261, Development Plan is represented by the proposed preliminary site plan by
Bartlett Architecture, Inc., Legal Description Exhibit "A" and in the title of LWW Properties
LLC and Vicinity Map.
